Noelle hair seems to be different when it's underwater, the brown color is so light, it could seem purple or some other color but it's actually brown. Under water, she seems more graceful than when she leaves the water, but attitude wise, is the same. She has no mercy for those that doesn't follow the rules and takes learning very seriously. She loves to tease other and hang around, poking at sensitive parts, she may seem sarcastic and rude at times. She is usually found underwater whenever she's sad or depressed but never shows it because she doesn't like others feeling down as well. She laughs and grins a lot, for it makes her feel happier everyday. Her parents named her Noelle because they want her to be jolly as Christmas. Noelle hates admiting defeat and losing in a talking competition. She may seem rash and selfish at times, but she will always consider other's safety before her own.
